7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and certificates attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized and personalized jewellery is non-returnable. Earrings for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Exchange value is based on the current market price of gold/diamonds at the time of exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@akarshangold.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
